The ELK Foods business was established in 2010 to provide customers both nationally and internationally with an alternate supply source for their dairy ingredient requirements. Our founding members have over 40 years combined experience in dairy ingredient trading and food manufacturing.
Since 2010 we have been developing and sourcing a cheese ingredient range suited to the retail, food service and food manufacturing industries. Whilst being able to supply a standard range of products we also specialise in the technical development of tailor made solutions for customers requirements meeting specific functionality or price requirements.
ELK Foods is a joint venture owner and commercial arm of Australian Dairy Packaging.
